Who the Business e-Visa is for
The Azerbaijan business e-Visa is the right option if you are travelling to Baku or anywhere else in Azerbaijan for:

The e-Visa typically grants a stay of up to 30 days with 90 days of validity from issue. It is a single-entry visa: one trip per visa. If your business takes you in and out of Azerbaijan, apply for a new e-Visa before re-entry.

FAQ
Business e-Visa — common questions
Do I need a separate business invitation letter?
For most short business trips on an e-Visa you do not. If your host company has asked you for an invitation letter, that is for their own records — the e-Visa application itself does not require it.
Can I extend the e-Visa once I am in Azerbaijan?
No. The e-Visa is single-entry and cannot be extended in-country. If you need to stay longer, you would need a different visa class arranged through the embassy.
Is the e-Visa the same as a work permit?
No. The e-Visa lets you travel for business meetings and short-term activities, but you cannot take up paid employment in Azerbaijan on it. A work permit is a separate process.
How early can I apply before my trip?
The e-Visa is valid for 90 days from issue, so up to 3 months before your trip. We recommend applying at least a week ahead unless you choose Urgent or Super Fast processing.
What if my passport details change?
Contact us immediately. If the application has not yet been submitted, we can correct it. If it has been issued, the e-Visa is tied to that passport — you would need a new one.
